Facilitator

Healing takes place through making the unconscious conscious
Sigmund Freud

A Facilitator holds the court, the space, the group, the person, anchoring the consciousness in the place where it serves most. Offers opportunities to explore and witnesses the players experiencing and playing. Keeps the participants aware of the rules that help keep the space safe and without judgements and controllers. From the word facile = easy comes to facilitate: to make (an action or process) easy or easier: our facilitators help the creative journey, turning obstacles into opportunities. Facilitators support: ‘Process work’, group work and individual professional or personal development. Show devising and development, and ongoing direction. Workshops, both creative development and skill learning. Many of our facilitators are trained in Voice Dialogue (Psychology of the Selves – Hal and Sidra Stone) a method that parallels the theatre of the fool.
